SEWP V

SEWP V is a multi-award Government-Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) vehicle focused on IT products and product based services. Offered to all Federal agencies, the SEWP contracts offer a vast selection of advanced technology products including tablets, desktops and servers; IT peripherals; network equipment; storage systems; security tools; software products; cloud based services; telecommunications; Health IT; sensors; video conferencing systems and other IT and Audio-Visual products. Product based services such as installation, training, maintenance and warranty are also available through SEWP. Benefits of utilizing SEWP include low pricing (generally below GSA schedule prices), lowest surcharge for use (0.34%), and fast, simple ordering procedures using pre-competed contracts. Additionally, SEWP assists customers with buying decisions, as well as provides documentation for any needed selection criteria, through the SEWP website.

ITES-3H 

The ITES-3H contract enables the rapid procurement of products and complete solutions for enterprise IT, including servers, computers, peripherals, storage systems, networking equipment and other IT products. Associated services such as installation, integration and maintenance support are also available. The ITES-3H contract also assists customers in adhering to industry standards and requirements such as Energy Star, EPEAT and DoDIIN Authorized Product List (APL).

Computer Hardware Enterprise Software and Solution (CHESS), in coordination with the Army Contracting Command (ACC), Rock Island (RI), requires contracts to support the U.S. Army’s IT software requirements, within the Continental United States (CONUS) and Outside the Continental United States (OCONUS) to include remote OCONUS covering a full range of Information Technology (IT) software for client, server, storage, and network environments; for software maintenance; and for related incidental services and hardware as part of an Information Technology Enterprise Solutions – Software 2 (ITES-SW 2) total solution.

Designated a Best-in-Class (BIC) contract by the Office of Management and Budget (OMB), the Chief Information Officer – Commodities and Solutions (CIO-CS) contract is a multiple award, indefinite delivery / indefinite quantity (IDIQ), government-wide acquisition contract (GWAC) that can be used by all Federal Government agencies to procure a broad range of information technology commodities and solutions. CIO-CS delivers everything from Commercial-off-the Shelf commodities to enterprise infrastructure solutions plus common IT products through the Government-Wide Strategic Solutions (GSS).

The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) contract provides commercial/COTS information technology (IT) enterprise hardware and software, supplies and services to all organizations within the SEC.

 

A BOA is a written agreement between a contractor and an agency that outlines terms and conditions for future contracts. It also includes a description of the services or supplies to be provided, and methods for pricing, issuing, and delivering future orders.
