Heather Woodall is a results-oriented and highly respected IT executive with over 20 years of experience in aligning systems with business requirements, policies, and regulatory compliance, with a specialization in the U.S. federal government. She is recognized for her data-driven approach to optimizing performance across organizations and her strong business acumen, which she leverages to develop revenue-generating business units and drive profitability.

 

Serving as a Founding Member of the Board of Directors at Warriors Ethos, a non-profit dedicated to aiding veterans and their families in transitioning from military to civilian life, Heather leads with a focus on strategic growth, partnership development, and enhancing donor relationships. She has been instrumental in securing philanthropic support, managing donor relations, and overseeing organizational operations, including financial management, event planning, and strategic partnership development.

 

Previously, Heather held several key leadership positions at Intelligent Waves, including Vice President of Business Operations and Vice President of Strategic Partnerships. In these roles, she led cross-functional initiatives to achieve corporate goals, managed quality compliance certifications, and developed strategic partnerships that generated over $170 million in revenue. Her expertise in process improvement and operational excellence has been critical in ensuring compliance with government security standards, optimizing operational processes, and driving business growth.

 

Heather’s career also includes roles at CA Technologies, where she managed global accounts and exceeded sales quotas, as well as early career experience at UUNET, Oracle Corporation, and the Department of Interior.
