Justin Stear is the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Mission First Cyber (M1 Cyber), where he spearheads the introduction of new and innovative solutions into the federal intelligence market. With a Bachelor of Computer Science degree and over 15 years of diverse experience in the IT industry, Justin has developed a broad and versatile skill set, particularly in Cyber Security and IT Infrastructure.

 

Throughout his career, Justin has worked across various sectors, including Civil Engineering, IT Managed Service Providers (MSP), Federal Government, and Value-Added Resellers (VARs). His extensive background equips him with a unique perspective and the ability to address complex challenges in different environments.

 

Justin is also a Splunk Certified Core Consultant and a Splunk Certified Instructor, underscoring his expertise and commitment to continuous learning. At Mission First Cyber, he not only leads the introduction of cutting-edge solutions but also provides professional services to federal customers, leveraging the company's robust Partner network to deliver exceptional value and results.
